TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The general conditions of sale are intended to arrangements between VWB Trading for the website www.classic-mercedes-parts.com and define its customers from ordering to delivery. The language of the agreement between VWB Trading and its customers is English.
The Customer has to inform the right to the seller that he renounces the purchase without penalty and without giving any reason within 30 calendar days from the day following the delivery of the product. The cost of returning the goods are borne by the Client. Shipping fees paid are not refunded. Returns must be shipped no later than 14 days after they are authorized or the return offer shall be null and void.

These conditions apply to the sale of the products placed on the website on the day when the Customer makes the order. Every order implies the acceptance by the customer of the general conditions that are an integral part of the contract.

4. Right of withdrawal
The Customer has the right to cancel the order without giving any reason before shipment.
Special order items cannot be returned.
The return must be made within 30 calendar days from the day following the delivery.
The customer must report the withdrawal within this period to VWB Trading BV by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Returns must be shipped no later than 14 days after they are authorized or the return offer shall be null and void.
Products must be returned having never been installed, in original condition, in original packaging at its own expense and risk of the customer to: VWB Trading BV, Stationsstraat 280, Deerlijk (Belgium).
VWB Trading undertakes to repay the sum of the purchase minus a 20% restocking fee of the product to the customer within thirty calendar days of receipt of the returned product.
VWB Trading is entitled to returned products used or damaged, to not repay the Customer. Refused items will be shipped back at the expense of the buyer.
For certain goods and services, the right of withdrawal does not apply:
· - The provision of services if performance has begun with the consumer's agreement before the end of the withdrawal period of fourteen calendar days (eg online consultation database, reserve tickets.).

Customers can pay their fee on the website via Stripe, PayPal or bank transfer. They warrant VWB Trading that he has the necessary authorizations to use the chosen method of payment. Transfer of ownership
VWB Trading remains owner of the delivered goods until the customer has fully paid. The transfer of risk of loss or damage of the goods takes place from the receipt by the Client products.
Preparing an order means the treatment of the order, preparing the products, packaging, invoicing and actual shipment of the products. VWB Trading works for shipping with TNT. The customer receives the order in principle within five to ten working days of receipt of his payment.
Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not included in the shipment deadline. The stated delivery date is not binding and is given as an indication. Unless otherwise agreed with the Customer VWB Trading will execute the order within the statutory maximum period of thirty days from the day following the order. If, owing to unforeseen circumstances, not all products are available, VWB Trading has the right to make a partial delivery.

The delivery of the packages may take place worldwide, the customer can choose between delivery on its own address, delivered to another address or delivery in a post point of TNT. If Customer receives a provision whose content is damaged, it must inform to take a picture and report the damage by mail to VWB Trading within 24 hours after receipt of the delivery. VWB Trading then take the necessary steps to replace the product. Acceptance of delivery
Without any notice to the Customer within 30 calendar days following the date of delivery, the order will be deemed accepted by the Customer. In the absence of the necessary coverage VWB Trading can not be held responsible for replacing damaged products or take-back of products under the right of withdrawal.
Legal guarantee and responsibility
Notwithstanding the specific guarantees, the Customer has a legal guarantee of two years (upon presentation of purchase receipt). In case of force majeure VWB Trading exempted from the obligation to deliver.
VWB Trading disclaims all responsibility if the products are not used properly ordered by the Customer.
